I'm living in Morayshire travelling 320 miles to Edinburgh (not good!). I am wanting to get stuck into my therapy & i really need to re-locate, i have already put numerous adverts around, but nearly every place i try won't ...

I moved to Morayshire in February . . . anyone know the 'Findhorn foundation'?
The need for relaxation cannot be overemphasized. Engagements in daily problems can tie your emotions, nerves and body into knots. Constant strains like this can have long term effects on your life. You can develop ulcers, and a host of other physical problems.
Dead easy
Biscuit base, bannana slices over this, boil a tin of condensed milk (without piercing the tin), now i expected the tin to explode but as long as you keep the water topped up to cover the tin and keep it to a medium heat, it is fine, when you open the tin you will find it has caramelised and turned a nice golden brown, pour over bannanas, top with whipped cream and grated chocolate and hey presto, bannoffi pie.

Cheap as chips and tasty as, well, a tasty thing.

I wanted to know if it was normal to feel so afraid of everything and everyone? I have nightmares and what I can only relate to as time travel to the past and feeling ...
