Bannoffi pie

Dead easy
Biscuit base, bannana slices over this, boil a tin of condensed milk (without piercing the tin), now i expected the tin to explode but as long as you keep the water topped up to cover the tin and keep it to a medium heat, it is fine, when you open the tin you will find it has caramelised and turned a nice golden brown, pour over bannanas, top with whipped cream and grated chocolate and hey presto, bannoffi pie.
Cheap as chips and tasty as, well, a tasty thing.

If you like that my other family favourite is to make regular pancakes and thickly spread chocolate spread on them whilst hot, spread sliced banana ontop of that, roll up and surround with thick or whipped cream, grated chocolate to decorate.
Mmmm getting hungry just thinking about it.

Long hours at work and few hours asleep keeps the weight off but it is a tough trade off.

That does sound so delicious.Think ill have to settle for the pancake one though,cos of my olp . Everything gets stuck in my teeth and my mouth gets so sore . Even had some salmon the other day,and even that was a nightmare.
Think ill have another mug of drinking chocolate instead .
