Is anyone interested in meeting up in the Warwickshire, Leicestershire, West Midlands area to form a mutual support group?

The idea is to provide each other with support for the day-to-day stuff of living with PTSD - not any form of therapy for specific circumstances.

Hi I've just joined. Recently been diagnosed with complex ptsd. Don't seem to be any support groups here in the Midlands. I would be very interested in joining a group.

There seems to be nothing around at all. I have been living with complex PTSD for many years and not discovered one yet!
